At American BioLabs, we stand behind every product we ship. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how refunds are issued, what can be returned, and what fees apply.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

120-Day Money-Back Guarantee — First-Time Purchases Only

We offer a 120-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of any American BioLabs product.

If you are not satisfied with your first order, contact us at info@american-biolabs.com within 120 days of the delivery date confirmed by the shipping carrier, and we will refund your purchase according to the terms below.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Applies only to a customer's first-time purchase of a specific product SKU.
  • Limited to one (1) refund per product type per customer, per household, and per shipping or billing address.
  • The guarantee does not apply to repeat purchases, subscription renewal shipments, bulk orders, or orders placed using promotional codes that exclude returns.
  • Shipping fees, handling fees, expedited shipping fees, shipping protection fees, priority processing fees, gift cards, and orders paid for with gift cards are non-refundable in all cases.
  • If you elect to exchange a product instead of refunding it, the 120-day money-back guarantee on that product is forfeited.

Opened Products Are Non-Returnable

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons — and because our products are topical personal-care items intended for direct application — opened products cannot be returned or resold.

  • Unopened products, in their original packaging with all seals intact, are eligible for return under the terms of this policy.
  • Opened products, used products, products with broken or tampered seals, and products with damaged outer packaging are not eligible for return and will not be refunded.
  • If a returned product is received in opened or used condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund and dispose of the product without further compensation to the customer.

Refunds for Subscription (Auto-Renewal) Orders

Subscription renewal shipments are not covered by the 120-day money-back guarantee. Refunds for subscription shipments are considered only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals intact.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Original shipping fees paid on the subscription order are non-refundable.
  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item at our fulfillment center.

To request a subscription refund, email info@american-biolabs.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be discarded without refund.

Subscription Cancellations and Restocking Fee

You may cancel your American BioLabs subscription at any time by emailing info@american-biolabs.com, logging into your account, or using the cancellation link in any subscription email.

  • To avoid your next scheduled charge, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled billing date may apply to the following billing cycle.
  • A $20.00 restocking and administrative fee may be deducted from any refund issued in connection with a subscription cancellation where a shipment has already been prepared, processed, or shipped. This fee covers restocking, order processing, payment processing, and administrative handling costs.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled — they may only be returned after delivery, subject to the unopened-item conditions above.
  • We will not require you to call a live representative to cancel. Cancellation is available through email, your account portal, or the third-party subscription management portal identified at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact info@american-biolabs.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged product and the shipping label.

  • You do not need to return a damaged or incorrect item.
  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a refund at our discretion.
  • Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may be denied.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, return the original unopened product in accordance with this policy, and place a new order for the replacement item. We do not process direct swaps.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility in all cases, except where the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by us.
  • Shipping fees, handling fees, and shipping protection fees paid at checkout are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@american-biolabs.com with your order number, the product name, and the reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and, if approved, provide return authorization and shipping instructions within 5 business days.
  3. Ship the unopened product to the address we provide. Returns sent to any other address will not be processed.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Final Sale Items

The following items are marked final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Promotional bundles, free gifts, and bonus items
  • Clearance or discounted items marked "final sale"
  • Gift cards and orders paid with gift cards
  • Subscription installments after the 30-day return window

Chargebacks

If you have a concern with an order, please contact us at info@american-biolabs.com before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may be disputed with evidence of delivery, terms of sale, and communication records.

Policy Changes

American BioLabs reserves the right to update or amend this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order.
