AMERICAN BIOLABS — CANCELLATION POLICY
Version 1.0 — Effective April 23, 2026
This Cancellation Policy works alongside our Refund & Return Policy and Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this policy and those documents, the terms in the Refund & Return Policy and Terms of Service control.
Some purchases at American BioLabs may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy items. This policy explains how to change or cancel each type of order.

Subscriptions
When you enroll in a subscription at checkout, you authorize American BioLabs to deliver recurring shipments at the frequency you selected (typically every 30, 60, or 90 days) and to automatically charge your saved payment method before each shipment. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.
How to Cancel — No Phone Call Required
You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:
- Log in to your account at american-biolabs.com and use the subscription management feature
- Click the cancellation link included in any subscription reminder or order confirmation email
- Email info@american-biolabs.com with your order number and a clear cancellation request
- Use the third-party subscription management portal identified at checkout
We will never require you to call a live representative to cancel. Cancellation requests submitted through your account are effective upon confirmation.
Cancellation Timing
To avoid your next scheduled charge, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before billing may apply to the following cycle.
- Not yet shipped: Your subscription is cancelled and no further charges or shipments will occur.
- Already shipped: Shipments cannot be stopped in transit. After delivery, you may return unopened product under the subscription-refund terms in our Refund & Return Policy (within 30 days, unopened only, customer pays return shipping).
Restocking Fee
A $20.00 restocking and administrative fee may apply to refunds issued in connection with a subscription cancellation where a shipment has already been prepared or shipped. This fee covers restocking, payment processing, and administrative handling.
Failed Payments
If a scheduled subscription charge fails, we may retry the charge, contact you for updated payment information, and suspend further shipments until payment is received. Your continued enrollment reaffirms your authorization for recurring charges.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, American BioLabs may offer pre-orders on products that are out of stock or not yet available for immediate fulfillment. When you place a pre-order:
- We may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or no payment at checkout, depending on the product.
- Your payment method is stored securely and will be charged for the full or remaining balance at the time the product is ready to ship.
- Estimated fulfillment dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Cancelling a Pre-Order
- Before fulfillment: You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships by emailing info@american-biolabs.com with your order number. Any payment already collected will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- After fulfillment: Once a pre-order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a refund after delivery under the terms of our Refund & Return Policy.
The 120-day money-back guarantee begins on the delivery date, not the pre-order date.
Try Before You Buy
If American BioLabs offers a "try before you buy" option on a product, we will authorize — but not charge — your payment method at the time of order, and ship you the item to try.
- Trial period. You will have the trial period disclosed at checkout (typically 14 days from delivery) to decide whether to keep the item.
- If you keep the item. If you do not return the item within the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically for the full amount disclosed at checkout.
- If you return the item. To avoid being charged, you must initiate a return within the trial period by emailing info@american-biolabs.com. Returned items must be unopened and in original packaging with all seals intact. Opened or used try-before-you-buy items will be charged in full.
- Return shipping. Return shipping for try-before-you-buy items is the customer's responsibility unless we expressly provide a prepaid return label.
Try-before-you-buy items are not eligible for the 120-day money-back guarantee.
One-Time (Non-Subscription) Purchases
Standard one-time orders are processed for fulfillment quickly and generally cannot be cancelled once the order has entered our fulfillment system.
- If you need to modify or cancel a one-time order, email info@american-biolabs.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to stop the shipment, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. They may be returned after delivery under the terms of our Refund & Return Policy.
- First-time one-time purchases remain eligible for the 120-day money-back guarantee, including for opened product. See our Refund & Return Policy for the full terms.
Policy Changes
American BioLabs reserves the right to update or amend this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order.
